Thanks for the advice - I have been using RE as my primary for 2 days but sometimes someone will just cook a nade and insta kill you :( Actually it's pretty fun to clear that underground supply depo room with RE - just run in and press the boom button - 6 kills guaranteed. |

Athena Sentinel wrote:The AR is the noob weapon of Dust, it helps less skilled player feel like they might be good LOL. So if its the only way for you to have fun.. Your most likely a bady
The only thing I will admit to is the Skill Point system style of Dust does not allow players to explore different playing styles without gimping there character for a long time well they correct the fault and specialize - If they ever learn.
Dust 514 will not last at this rate. To many options that out perform it in the end. Like eve it will have a niche player base of 10,000 and claim 10 years of growth as they hit 20,000 LOL (exaggerating of coarse but you get the idea).
I know what you are saying - I would assume the same but I know I am not that bad. I can got in the 30ties with a shotty, get 20+ kills with the RE and the scrambler is basicaly an AR, snipe decently. But you have to admit that the AR outguns every weapon in they optimal range (exaggerating) |

Flying your gorgon into single players.
there is more more: 6 man PLC squad As noticed, there's a lot more fun to be had in the game if people just give up on trying to become the best player ever or worrying about being FOTM'ed. There's no way Dust is (ever?) going to become esports competitive at this pace, so why not just mess around? If you need to feel productive and recognized in the game by topping the boards or being the baddest of them all, then maybe this game is just not for you for now? For example there's a lot of other better games than this one with more competitive and balanced environments to compete and evolve in. So maybe it's more of an attitude change if you want to continue with Dust without frustrating yourself? I know this isn't competative but I think that people should at least try and win the match - I was just in a domination finishing with 4000 WP and we still lost.

I always play solo.
